Russell Bone“Mentoring is about helping people see what’s already within them—and giving them the confidence to act on it. When people feel they belong, they begin to thrive.”

– Russell Bone

“Mentoring is not about having the answers, but creating the conditions where others can find their own. That’s where real growth begins

– Andy Armstrong

“Growth happens when people are given the space to learn, reflect, and take ownership of their journey. Mentoring simply helps guide that process.”

– Keisha Malone

The RNZAF Mentoring Programme made history in 2014 as the first military globally, and the first organisation in Aotearoa New Zealand to achieve the prestigious Gold Standard Award from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

Building on our success, we secured additional Gold Standard Quality Awards in 2018 and 2022 for our ‘Foundation’ and ‘Advanced Practitioner’ workshops. We are proud to offer a platform of excellence for all RNZAF personnel – military or civilian.
