| Acclaimed Mentoring Programme
The RNZAF Mentoring Programme made history in 2014 as the first military globally, and the first organisation in Aotearoa New Zealand to achieve the prestigious Gold Standard Award from the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).
Building on our success, we secured additional Gold Standard Quality Awards in 2018 and 2022 for our ‘Foundation’ and ‘Advanced Practitioner’ workshops. We are proud to offer a platform of excellence for all RNZAF personnel – military or civilian.
