The mission statement of the RNZAF Mentoring Programme which represents the common bond and vision held by each individual involved in this kaupapa.
Harpagornis/Haast eagle
The Hasst eagle, commonly accepted as the pouākai from the South Island of New Zealand, represents how the RNZAF Mentoring Programme and each individual in the program, continue to soar and strive for an inspirational and enduring future.
